1. The rights to data such as audio and text posted by the User belong to the User.

2. The User grants the Company permission to use such data for the following purposes:

・Providing the Service

・Improving voice analysis functions

・Analysis for the purpose of improving service quality

Article 5 (Prohibited Acts)

Users shall not engage in the following:

・Violating laws and regulations

・Infringing on the rights of others

・Unauthorized access

・Interfering with the Service

・Falsifying registration information

Article 6 (Important Notes Regarding AI Features)

This Service utilizes machine learning and large-scale language model technology for the analysis of audio data and the generation of information.

Output results are generated based on statistical methods and training data and do not necessarily fully reflect factual circumstances or the user’s intent.

While we provide these features to enhance the user experience, we do not guarantee the following regarding the results:

・Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information

・Suitability for specific purposes

・Continuous provision of the same quality

Users shall use the analysis functions of this Service as supplementary information and shall make final decisions at their own discretion and responsibility.

The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the analysis functions or their results, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Company.

Article 7 (Changes and Suspension of the Service)

We may modify or suspend the Service as necessary.

In the event of a violation of these Terms or other similar circumstances, the Company may restrict use or delete the account.
